Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Warranty Period
All repair work is covered for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of repair completion. The warranty period begins on the date specified on your warranty certificate.
2. Coverage Scope
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship related to the specific repair performed. This includes the welded area, reinforcement patches, and any fittings or components installed during the repair.
3. Making a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact us immediately via phone (0703 402 611) or WhatsApp
- Provide your warranty certificate number
- Describe the issue you're experiencing
- Allow us to inspect the repair within 48 hours
4. Warranty Service
If the repair fails due to a covered defect, we will:
- Re-repair the affected area at no charge
- Cover all labor costs for the warranty repair
- Provide materials needed for the warranty repair
- Extend the warranty for an additional 6 months on the re-repaired area
5. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use, abuse, or negligence
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties
- Failure to follow maintenance recommendations
- Natural disasters, accidents, or intentional damage
- Issues with unrepairedportions of the tank
6. Geographic Coverage
Warranty service is available throughout Kenya in all 47 counties. Emergency warranty repairs prioritized based on severity and location.
7. Transferability
This warranty is transferable to new owners if the tank and property are sold. The new owner must notify us within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of ownership transfer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective work. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages, including water loss, property damage, or business interruption.
